In Argentina, families are the principal victims of the economic, financial and social crisis.
A group of Argentine nationals, living in Geneva and wishing to add their support to the wave of solidarity, have decided to do so by creating “Niños de Argentina”.

The association « Children of Argentina » is a non-governmental and non-profit organization. Founded in 2002, it is a non-religious association, independent of every national, political or economical philosophy.

Its purposes are:

• To raise funds to contribute towards the financing of humanitarian and cultural projects for children in Argentina.
• To bring help and support to the schools and school restaurants in the form of clothes, food and school materials.
• To provide medical equipment to children’s hospitals in order to enable them to function properly.
• To organize cultural events in order to diffuse the culture of Argentina in Switzerland.

Through our association, we wish like to heighten the awareness of those who want to help our country and specially the children in Argentina who are suffering from the present situation.
